SwingMed hired the agency Itekcom for the redesign of its website and the enhancement of its brand image.<\/strong><\/h2>\n

A player specialized in medical diagnostic solutions and laboratory equipment in France, SwingMed supports healthcare professionals in the selection, installation, and monitoring of their devices. The company wanted to strengthen its digital presence with a more modern, clearer website that better represents its on-site expertise.<\/p>\n

The project's objective was twofold: to build a brand image befitting SwingMed's serious, medical, and professional positioning, while simultaneously creating a fluid user experience capable of guiding visitors to key information and encouraging contact.<\/p>\n

A custom-designed visual identity<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Itekcom supported SwingMed from the very first stages of the project by creating a tailor-made visual identity. The logo was redesigned to reflect the brand's medical, technical, and professional sphere, while also giving it a more modern and memorable image.<\/p>\n

Based on this new artistic direction, the agency designed the web and mobile mockups for the site to ensure a consistent experience across all devices. Each page was conceived to combine clarity, credibility, and performance: intuitive navigation, well-organized content, visible calls to action, and an appealing presentation of products and services.<\/p>\n

The project thus made it possible to build a complete digital ecosystem: logo, artistic direction, desktop and mobile mockups, website, and social media variations. A global approach that allows SwingMed to have a solid, coherent, and professional brand image.<\/p>\n

Itekcom designed a sober, medical, and impactful artistic direction, consistent with the world of laboratories and diagnostics. The graphic work has given SwingMed a more credible, structured, and enhancing digital presence.<\/p>\n

The objective was to immediately convey the right signals: seriousness, expertise, reliability, innovation, and support. The new website thus allows SwingMed to present its business with greater clarity and reassure laboratories, healthcare facilities, and partners who discover the company online.<\/p>\n

The client was completely won over by the final graphic rendering, which was modern, medical, and professional, perfectly aligned with the brand image they wanted to build.<\/p>\n

An UX\/UI designed for healthcare professionals<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Beyond the visual identity, Itekcom focused on the website's ergonomics to simplify the user journey. The content has been prioritized to make the offering more legible: company presentation, services, product range, partners, and contact.<\/p>\n

Calls to action have been integrated at strategic points on the site to encourage inbound inquiries and facilitate the conversion of visitors into qualified leads. The goal is to transform the site into a genuine sales support tool, not just an institutional showcase.<\/p>\n

Each category has been designed to offer a clear, professional, and reassuring presentation of the products. The objective was to highlight SwingMed's offerings while facilitating navigation for laboratories and healthcare professionals looking for reliable equipment.<\/p>\n

This catalog organization transforms the site into a true commercial tool: products are better showcased, the offering is more understandable, and visitors can better visualize the possibilities before contacting the company.<\/p>\n

A consistent digital presence on social media<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Following the website redesign, Itekcom is also assisting SwingMed in creating visuals for their social media. The goal is to maintain a consistent artistic direction across all digital platforms: website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X\/Twitter.<\/p>\n

The profile and cover visuals are designed to adopt the website's graphic codes: a medical universe, simplicity, red accents, laboratory photographs, and a professional layout. This consistency allows SwingMed to strengthen its brand image as soon as its social media accounts are opened and gain credibility with laboratories, healthcare professionals, and partners.<\/p>\n
